VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR

“SUSTAINING OUR COMMUNITIES THROUGH VOLUNTEERING”

 

We are looking for someone special to join our community development  team to support volunteering for our partners across Rhondda Cynon Taf.   You will be employed by Bryncynon Strategy but work with Grow Rhondda, Dant y Llew, Penderyn Community Centre and with the National Eisteddfod.
 

Your key role will be to support the partners to develop robust volunteer policies and procedures and to ensure that that those who volunteer with the National Eisteddfod will have a pathway to volunteering after the event.
 

If you are passionate about the idea that communities can support each other through volunteering and have the skills and experience for the job then we would love to hear from you.
 

This is a full time job (37 hours per week)  with a fixed term contract from 1 June until 31 March 2025.  We are willing to look at job share.

The salary is £26000 per annum, pro rata over 10 months.
