Then we would love to have you on our volunteer team.

Volunteers at Bryncynon Strategy have the ability to enhance their current skills, develop new skills, build their self-confidence and have the opportunity to make a difference within the local community.  We provide training and support to enable volunteers of all abilities to succeed in their roles. 

 

Bryncynon operates from various different sites with different activities in each, All staff and volunteers at Bryncynon work well together making it a friendly team.

Volunteer opportunities include:

· Telephone befriending

· Face to face Befriending

· Front of House / Barista

· Kitchen Assistant

· Social media and website

· Delivering hot meals to over 60s

· Help with our food pantry / food boxes

· Driving  and Assisting the Drivers

· Gardening

· Caretaking/ Handyman

· Admin support,

· helping with surveys etc

· Helping with activities and events

· Fundraising

The above list is not exhaustive and people from all walks of life can get involved, if you have a skill you feel we could utilise or if you just want to give back to the local community, volunteering is a great way to do so.
